Employee Resource Groups are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the organizations they serve. They’re usually led and participated in by employees who share a characteristic, whether it’s gender, ethnicity, religious affiliation, lifestyle, or interest. The groups exist to provide support and help in personal or career development and to create a safe space where employees can bring their whole selves to the table. Allies may also be invited to join the ERG to support their colleagues.

Our Working Parents Employee Resource Group is dedicated to supporting, empowering, and advocating for employees who balance the demands of work and parenthood. We strive to create a workplace culture that values flexibility, promotes work-life harmony, and provides resources to help parents thrive personally and professionally. Through connection, education, and shared experiences, we aim to foster a community where working parents feel understood, supported, and celebrated. 

Our People of Color Employee Resource Group is dedicated to building an inclusive and empowering environment where employees of all racial and ethnic backgrounds feel valued, supported, and inspired. We aim to amplify diverse voices, foster professional growth, and advocate for equity through education, mentorship, and community-building initiatives. Together, we strive to create a workplace that celebrates cultural richness and drives systemic change for a more equitable future. 

Our Mental Health Employee Resource Group is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where mental health is prioritized and openly discussed. We aim to empower employees through education, advocacy, and community-building initiatives, ensuring everyone feels valued, heard, and equipped to thrive both personally and professionally. Together, we promote a culture of wellness, resilience, and respect. 

Our Early Career Development Employee Resource Group is committed to empowering early-career professionals to grow, connect, and thrive within our organization. We provide opportunities for learning, mentorship, and networking to foster personal and professional development. Through collaboration and support, we aim to cultivate a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous growth, enabling members to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to our shared success.
