At Tareen Dermatology, we strive to provide exceptional care and cosmetic service to all our patients. – A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of cosmetic appointments. This advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another patient. – Upon booking a cosmetic appointment, we will ask for a credit card to be kept on file. This information is securely stored and will only be charged according to our cancellation policy. – We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to waive any charges for the first cancellation. However, for subsequent cancellations within the 48-hour window, a charge of 50% of the booked service will be applied to the credit card on file. If you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, please contact us immediately to determine if your service can be accommodated. If a patient is sufficiently late to the point where the treatment is no longer able to be performed and we cannot accommodate the visit, the visit is considered a same-day cancellation and follows our no-show policy.
