Insurance Coverage Notice

Routine full body skin cancer screenings are generally not fully covered as preventive services under most insurance plans, including Medicare. Depending on your specific coverage, your insurance provider may:

– Require a copay (often when it is categorized as a specialist visit), due at the time of service

– Apply charges to your deductible and/or coinsurance

Tareen Dermatology will bill you for any remaining balance after your insurance processes the claim.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your benefits.
