Dr. Aayushma Regmi is a fellowship-trained dermatopathologist. She received her medical degree from Nepal Medical College and Teaching Hospital in Kathmandu, Nepal, and went on to complete a combined residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. She then pursued a fellowship in Dermatopathology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Prior to her advanced training, Dr. Regmi served as Medical Director at District Hospital Sindhupalchowk, a tertiary hospital in rural Nepal, where she oversaw patient care, physician well-being, and emergency preparedness, and implemented a leprosy screening campaign to improve early detection of cutaneous disease. She specializes in dermatopathology with a passion for accurate diagnosis and collaboration in patient care. Outside of work, Dr. Regmi enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines and cultures, watching movies, and spending quiet time at home to recharge.
